Today, his spirit lives on... in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon.
Inherited from an uncle who was a master jam maker, we have kept this artisanal cooking in a cauldron, the insatiable creation of associations of tastes, the preservation of textures, the flavours of hand-picked ingredients.
Rustic and true. Remembrance of jokes between friends. At the snack, we forget all that. We sit down and we gobble up Mom's toast. When we're good, they're pancakes or doughnuts. But always with the sweetness and smoothness of this Ass-scratcher jam. It makes us laugh as much as it is delicious.
